I was so upset when I heard that my 2011 Toyota Corolla was hit from behind, my daughter was driving it and thankfully she was fine. I was upset because not only was it practically brand new but also because now I would have to deal with insurance and repairs. Our insurance is Geico, however the person who hit us had Progressive. I originally wanted to get my repairs done by the Toyota dealership however they recommended Fountain Valley Body Works. more

Customer service? What customer service? 5/9/2012

I originally took my car here to get a few scratches out and have my rims re-surfaced. I was given a time the vehicle would be done which was a turn around time that seemed reasonable of a week. Took the vehicle back due to bubbling and they are fixing it no problem! YOU ROCK FVBW! more

Amazing 5/8/2012

I parked my car along the curb in front of my house (and unfortunately the driveway across the street). It was raining pretty badly and the teenager across the street, who just recently got his license, started backing out of his drive way. I don?t think he realized he had hit the gas pedal instead of the break when all of the sudden his car was one with mine. Luckily I just needed two new doors and there was no other damage done. I took my car to Fountain Valley Body Works and they were amazing! I figured I would be out of a car for about a week, but it ended up only taking three days. They were great about communication and informing me of when they received the new doors and when they would be putting them on. Overall the experience was pretty painless. more

From ANGRY to HAPPY 12/6/2011

My boyfriend took my car for the weekend and came back with a surprise. A very bad suprise. He had ruined the whole side of my car by sideswiping my car along a pole. I was furious but luckily I had remembered a commercial I saw on the television. The Fountain Valley Body Works commercial was stuck in my head so I looked them up online and went on in for an estimate. They were reasonable and had very professional people to talk to. I enjoyed the service I got at Fountain Valley Body Works. My boyfriend paid the bill and my car looks good as new. Thanks Fountain Valley Body Works!! more

Made me smile 12/6/2011

When I got into an accident, my heart dropped when I saw my baby (toyota tacoma) all ruined. I did some research and I decided on Fountain Valley Body Works because of the reviews I saw. When the car was in the shop they let me know what was going on throughout the process. I had never thought I would see my baby looking perfect again but it did. I smiled so big. Thank you Fountain Valley Body Works. I recommend you to all my friends. You're all awesome! more

Best body shop I have worked with 12/6/2011

I wasn't quite sure about where to take my car to get fixed since I have had bad experiences in the past with other body shops but Fountain Valley Body Works Express was the most friendly and helpful shop I have ever been to. They got my car fixed quickly and they did it the right way. I will definitely be going back there if I need to get my car's body fixed again. :) more

Overall very good body shop 8/27/2011

I had my wife's Honda CR-V at the main shop for a rear bumper fix after being hit by someone in the rear. All i can say that the overall experience was GOOD, there were some issues but they took care of it and the results look VERY GOOD! This shop shows first of all responsibility, friendliness and have the strength in that they do take care of you! I would probably bring in my next repair here! PROS: Great manager, great staff, big, strong and responsible shop who stay behind their work! Probably one of the best shop out there. CONS: No water or coffee in the waiting room. more

I found this place online while I was checking body shops for fixing my 96 Chevy Suburban 2500 that I backed into a pole. I saw that there was a bunch of good reviews so the next day I drove into this place thinking nothing about it. It looked great even from the outside with the big smiley face welcoming me as I walked through the front door. The Main Shop is the Best! 7/17/2011

Best body shop I've been to. The owner and his crew were great in taking care of my car and me. The staff was terrific; they informed me before doing any work that was not discussed at the initial meeting. Throughout the entire process, I was extremely pleased to see how they are so responsible and sincerely taking a great care of my car! The finished job was flawless; you would never believe that I was in an accident. I will definitely do business there again and recommend them to anyone! more

Thank you so much for a wonderful job! I am probably one of the pickiest customers and this shop was there to make sure I was happy about the way my car looked. My 2010 C-Class was hit on the rear driver side door in front of my house and I was obviously furious that the guy took off! But Fountain Valley Bodyworks was able to get my car back to looking as amazing as it did before. All of the people that work there were so nice and respectful they really eased all of my fears of ""BODYSHOPS"" Again, thank you for being there for me and I will definitely come back for any future problems I have with my car. more

My son was using my wife?s car to run an errand and upon returning he wasn?t paying attention and ran into my car which happened to be parked on the street that day. I was not thrilled with my son and after much discussion he would use his money from work to pay me back for half of the damage. He was the one who said to take both cars to Fountain Valley Body Works because one of his friends had used them beforehand. Although frustrated with him, I decided that since he was paying for half he could decide where to take the cars. This was the best decision I have made because it allowed me to not only show my son how to take responsibility but he found an awesome body shop. Instead of this being a trying experience for my family it has turned into a wonderful learning experience; one that could not have happened if it weren?t for Fountain Valley Body Works. These guys do outstanding work and are the most professional body shop I have been too. I will continue to return to Fountain Valley Body Works whenever I need work done on any of my cars! more

I had a lot of anxiety about taking my car to get work done because I wanted honesty, efficiency, and quality. I have to say that I was lucky enough to be completely satisfied and then some. Mike patiently talked me through numerous options for the various issues I had with my car and he was able not only to make my A4 look choice again, he saved me a ton of money. I was floored by the final cost. He even happily gave me a ride when I dropped it off. A week later, someone scratched it. I took it in and they merely buffed it out in a heartbeat at no cost to me. more

FOUNTAIN VALLEY BODY WORKS 3/8/2011

Mike you asked my to post a review so here I go. You quite honestly have the best repair shop I have ever been to. It doesn't even seem like a body shop. The estimators actually care and it seems like everyone you see at the facility actually cares about what they do. I am so used to going to repair shops that have no where near the caliber of both quality and service you provide at Fountain Valley Body Works. Oscar the estimator that handled my vehicle and claim with Geico got my car fixed and back to me sooner than I ever could have expected. It looks perfect. I am picky, I have a black lexus, and there was not a scratch on it until somebody drove into my door. The paint was perfect and no orange peel after the repair. I spent more time trying to figure out how you got the paint looking so nice. My wife was even impressed because she knows how I am. There you go I give it a 10 out of 10. Thanks Michael...and Oscar for handling my claim and making my repair go smooth. GOOD LUCK GUYS! I hope I don't need you too soon, but I know where to go. more
