Beautiful Living 2/19/2008

Fountain Springs Apartments is not only a beautiful place to live but it is conveniently located right in between academy and powers. The staff is friendly and for the most part so are the other residents. Apartments are all equiped with in-unit washer and dryers as well as all new appliances. The playground is located in the middle of the complex for easy access. The fact that this is a gated community also adds to the appeal of the place. I would definatly suggest looking into these fabulous apartments. Pros: lots of room to park for both you and your guests Cons: the sidewalks are not always placed to make it easy to access your apartment more

What they show is not what you get !!!! 1/26/2008

I will admit I was taken in by the model that they showed me that seemed like it was the one that was avalible that I would get. I was wrong. My apartment was not cleaned when I moved in I had bird seed on the edge between the carpet and the glass door dusty candy on the floor and even dried urine inside one of the cupboard in the bathroom. Management was great when I was looking to lease. once I had signed the lease that they would not let me see because matainace had the keys they were not nice anymore. I have yet to have my door and my fridge fixed and they were advised of this in April when I moved in. Pros: looks good when you drive by Cons: have to watch out for criminal activity more
