Good: It is convenient to my place of employment. Bad: Service and getting someone to talk to you on the phone was HORRIFIC!. Improvements: Someone with some people skills to run this place and some good honest mechanics. Other: I was told by the mechanic a price on a part which I had previously gotten prices from a local supplier, He had marked this part up by 20%. He told me if I could go buy the part and bring it by he would put it on. I had someone buy the part and bring it to me and then he refused to put it on when I showed up. He had completely changed his mind by the time I got there. I asked him why he told me that and he said well I don't know why I told you that but after I did I changed my mind. DUH......... more

I had the timing belt replaced in a 2003 Tacoma. Less than a week later it was leaking coolant. more

I'm glad someone is happy with Foster's. I took my car in and next thing you know they call me up with a repair bill for more than the call was worth. They put on parts and did repairs without ever calling to get a go ahead. They ended up telling me it happened because I was nice enough to tell them "no hurry." car was junky and not needed. Well, they left it sitting so long someone assumed someone else must have gotten a go-ahead. They are really unprofessional. more

From the moment I started driving, I knew about Foster's Garage. It started with my father's recommendation and then I've had other's reccommend it to me. So, all I've basically know in car repair, I've known through Foster's. I've almost always gone there for car repair and regreted the times I didn't go. Foster's is located in downtown Little Rock only a couple of minutes off of I-630. If you are looking for a friendly, honest and great repair service I would highly recommend calling them the next time your vehicle is broken down. The don't work on all makes and models so you want to check ahead for you go out there. They really take a page out of the book of ethics and hospitality, as they will always offer you friendly service and a fair price. They'll never try to scare you into getting more work done than you need and will tell you if when you don't need work done!! I love Fosters and will probably always go there. more
