This place of business has had my television since September. It is now the last day of October and he still hasn't fixed my television. I called last week and they said it would be ready this past Wed. Now I called today and was told that the lamp needs to be replaced and they haven't even ordered the lamp for it! more

You'd be better off trying to fix it yourself! 12/16/2007

Their service dept. picked up our television on Nov. 5th... today is Dec. 17th and they say we should have it back today... all that time to install a new lamp and ballast??? UNACCEPTABLE!! more
