Pretty good service 12/28/2010

I had my doubts at first comparing their low prices, to the prices of car service in the area. However, I was far much impressed with this service from start to finish. Nice newer cab, clean, no smoke smell, and the driver knew exactly where he was going (even without the GPS). He was 10 minutes before schedule in my drive way. What else could I have asked for!!! more

On time, Helpful, Reliable, Trustworthy cab 12/28/2010

I used this company for about 3 years now. As a merchant marine seaman I travel often and far. Last thing I want to do is wait at the airport on my return. They were never late. Fair prices, good service - pleasant drivers. more

I was landing with an late flight in SFO I found them I my iPhone and I called, 20 min. l was in an nice silver town car to my friends house in Foster City and thay donâ??t charge time and half like the SFO taxi does.. more

Very good service 12/23/2010

I have to write this review to express my thanks to this HONEST and reliable cab company and it's drivers. This is the story: My good friend and colleague took their cab from work, she was rushing to catch a train and left her keys in their cab, he parked and came running after her to give her keys to her. Here's the best part, she also left her phone in there. We all know how attached we all are to our mobile devices and she was just so distraught with out not to mention having to pay for insurance, phone etc. etc. etc. Well this awesome cab company called her home, left her a message letting her know not only did they have her phone but could they come deliver it to her. WOW!!!! I must say I love Foster City taxi cab for their reliability but this was just above and beyond service and frankly rare now a days! more

I use Foster City Taxi Cab everytime I travel for extended periods of time. I have never come across a team as dedicated to being on-time and friendly as Raymond and his team. They keep their promise to be at your house at the right time and are great with communications. I have always found their rates to be very reasonable and I highly recommend them! more

A relatively new local taxi firm. Great pricing. Drivers are courteous and punctual. Great communication. They have arrived 5 min early each time I have booked and then called me to let me know they were out side and there was no rush. I do not use taxis very often, but this is now my default choice. more

On time. Great quality. Wonderful courtesy. Very reasonable pricing. First time I used them, it was a last minute request over the phone for a very early flight, and they said no problem. Second time, I tried their online request form since I had a few days time; the form said they'd call back to confirm as soon as possible... which they did within minutes! more

Best cab company I used in Foster City, I travel 6 to 8 times a year and this company always gets me at the right time to SFO, and how they pick you up from airport is excellent, nice driver waiting for us at the airport. and the drivers know which way to take in traffic times..... they have a driver which we always request (Raymond) he is great... more

Love the service 12/17/2010

After reading Yelp reviews, I chose Yellow Cab Bay City for an early pick-up at 5:30 AM to catch a flight. Not only did my cab driver show up a few minutes early but he also waited patiently for me because I was running late. My driver neither hinted for extra tip nor gave me an attitude. In fact, when he saw me rushing out of my apartment, he got out of the cab and offered to help me with my luggage. Needless to say, I give him five solid stars. more
