Fortune Chinese Restaurant

I had food delivered from here once before-- I provided very detailed instructions for the delivery driver, as I live in an apartment complex community. The driver had no problem finding me and the food was great. The second (and LAST) time I ordered from here, the driver called me to say he couldn't find my apartment. I reiterated my instructions, he said "Okay, I'll just be a little late," and hung up. 30 minutes later, the restaurant called to ask me to pick up my food (which was very likely cold by this point) because they had a new delivery driver and he spent an hour driving around and couldn't find me. Horrible service, good food. Can't say I'll ever bother ordering from them again-- if you live off of a main road with a big glaring sign for your house number, they might find you. more
