the restaurant is at the prime location in Birmingham right next to the cinema, with a full serving bar and a wonderful kitchen. The atomsphere over all is very formal and romantic. when we were there, we got the best seat in the house. the food was of generous portion and tasty. it is a little expensive but for the environment it is worth it. more

Now this is a place to go and see and be seen. Forte has some of the best food you can imagine. It is very ritzy and the wait staff if just amazing. There is a full bar. Great place to go out on a date with. However, wouldn't recommend it for families. more

Upscale and romantic 8/5/2005

Forte Restaurant is an elegant, stylish, and a very romantic restaurant in downtown Birmingham. The waiters are extremely polite, recommend great choices and accompanying wines. Reservations are recommended if you are planning on going Thursday through the weekend. Definitely try their deserts and coffee. The cost is a bit pricey, but for the style and taste of food, it's worth it. more
