Fort Knox Mini-Storage

I've used Fort Knox a few times for UHaul rentals (they are an authorized dealer) and I was so happy with their service that I moved my storage there too! Their rates are WAY more reasonable than any of the larger chains in the area and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The property is clean and well maintained - doesn't give you the creeps like some of these other places. more

This facility is outstanding at what they do. They have excellent security and affordable rates. They have gone above and beyond in accomodating our needs. They even call us a cab when we need one to get to the airport. All of the young ladies working here are top notch in customer service. Wouldn't feel safe leaving my stuff anywhere other than here! This place should be called come and take whatever you want, not Fort Knox. I had my car stored there and they called me to say it was gone and they didn't know who took it. The only people that had access to my vehicle where people that worked there and worked for them. They also claim to have a video camera but it only monitors the front gate, that should be good enough, right? Wrong, it seems as though the thieves took my car from a locked back gate that only a select few people have keys for. They are a bunch of lying thieves and i hope that they go out of buissness. If anyone else has something stolen from there please post a review so others know and they get shut down.
