Fort Collins Dodge Chrysler Ram Jeep

It seems that this dealership has the same problem over and over. When they sold our Jeep to us they claimed it was a brand new demo and we would be able to get our Texas registration with no problem. We later found out that it was licensed and registered in the dealership's owner's name and had to drive 8 hours to have it inspected and registered (we work in Colorado but have our residence in Texas). Later, we took our jeep in for a full service and they only rotated the tires but did not balance them. We did not realize that ""full service"" did not include tire rotation. When we got the jeep back, it was pouring gas when we filled it up. They claimed that we punctured it, yet we had not been anywhere to do such a thing since we picked it up. I will NEVER purchase anything from this dealership or from Dodge Chrysler Jeep ever again. I'm trading the car in. more

My husband and I just purchased 2 new vehicles from Fort Collins Dodge Chrysler Jeep, from Tad Johnson. Mr. Johnson was by far the best man for the job. He understood our unique situation. To give a little back ground, I had a 2010 dodge p-u that we were already upside down in. My husband had a 98' Jeep wrangler that we bought via a personnel loan that we still owed on. I explained to Tad our situation, not only did he give me the up most respect and honesty he really listened to what we had to say. Tad was very personable but not pushy like some salesman. He along with their GREAT finance manager Bob Perry put us in two brand new vehicles and staying within our price range we agreed upon. I whole heartily recommend FC Dodge, along with Tad Johnson and Bob Perry. I will never go to another dealership, (well unless Tad and Bob move to another one). He helped us find a great car that was just perfect for our son and he got us a great deal on it. He was not pushy, he was very informative and very funny. We felt very comfortable with him and our deal. We will be going back to him when we are ready to buy another car. more
