Worst

I had a girlfriend whelp a litter of 8 puppies and 4 died suspiciously so we took the pups to Dr. Formea. He said the mother's milk was not of the quality to sustain the puppies....

Great Vet, Great Staff 11/5/2011

Dr Formea is a very good vet. He has always been great with our pets. He and his wonderful staff have helped us through many problems. You won't go wrong with him as your veterinarian. I'm glad he stands up for himself and doesn't let breeders dictate what course of medicine to practice. Keep on doing it right Dr. Formea!!! Pros: null Cons: null more

Couldn't be happier 12/8/2010

My daughter had recently purchased her first pet, a cockapoo. At 16 weeks of age it developed an illness that wouldn't allow it to keep down any food mixed with diarea, we feared parvo. Dr Formea ran some of the normal test and eventually ruled out the parvo, it was discovered that she had a sevre infection and that we were in danger of losing her. Thanks to Dr Formea and his absolutely wonderful staff The pup pulled through and is doing very well. Great choice for the health care of your pet. more

Dr. Formea Great Vet.. Very reasonable prices 6/1/2009

I have been going to Dr. Formea almost 5 years and he is excellent with my animals. I have a Great Dane, Chihuahua, Lab and I am taking my 2 month old German Shepard to him today. They are all in excellent health, my sister-in-law takes her dogs to him also. GREAT DOCTOR Highly Recommended.Very nice staff, clean office.and reasonable prices!!!! Thanks Dr. Formea more

This Vet should not be allowed to Practice! 5/6/2009

I had a girlfriend whelp a litter of 8 puppies and 4 died suspiciously so we took the pups to Dr. Formea. He said the mother's milk was not of the quality to sustain the puppies. What a joke! I could tell there was a bacterial infection of some nature because of the diarrhea so we picked them up from my friend and took to my vet.\r He gave us 4 sets of injectable Baytril. This saved their lives!\r \r How can Dr. Formea go to sleep at night knowing that he misdiagnosis which results in deaths of our precious animals? more
