I am the Managing Partner of Integrative Therapeutics, and am writing in response to the 2 negative reviews posted on this site. I first learned of these reviews this week.\r \r With regard to the January posting, unfortunately this could well have occured. I sincerely apologize. I have replaced my entire adminstrative staff and have since had several compliments. \r \r With regard to the January 2008 posting:\r \r \r With regard to the September post, I can only say I find what I read incredible. We have only had 1 clinical staff change in the past 18 months, and that was 4 months ago. 10 of out 14 clinicians have been with us for at least 3 years, and at least half of those for 5. (We opened in 2001.) Based on that alone, I find it impossible to believe someone could honestly write that they found staff changing constantly. \r \r We gave the clinic a complete redo 2 years ago, including new paint and entirely new flooring. 80% of our business is repeat business or word of mouth referrals from existing clients. Our patients include several prominent Boston area physicians and business leaders, and our business is quite strong. None of this could be possible with a rude staff or dirty clinic. \r \r Finally, none of the clinicians in my office are aware of anyone who has had both massage services and physical therapy services, had a negative experience with both, and/ or had a patient leave angry or unsatisfied. I do not recommend going to this business for any service. They were very rude on the phone when I wanted directions, when I went in to ask for some more information they took at least 6 minutes to even realise I was at the desk. They threw a business card and pamphlets in my face radther then discussing my questions. I was in crutches and no one offered to help me with the door. The secretary was texting on her cell phone while I was asking about their physical therapy. I felt completely ignored so I left and took my health and business with me. I have never been so mistreated before in my life. more
