I like this place. My dad likes this place. And my dad is a cranky old coot. I think we got there around 2pm, and were getting started by about 2:01. The sales person helping us was Victoria, I felt like she was a really warm genuine saleswoman, very good at what she does. What i liked was throughout the process I didn't feel pressurred, especially when she actually encouraged us to look at other places to see what was out there.. She asked and then we answered a couple of questions for her (where is the wedding, what type, anything you don't like, anything you do like, personal style questions, etc). After answering about 8 questions, she said she had the perfect type of tuxedo in mind. Then she went throughout the store and picked out about 6-7 tuxedos. As she pulled them off racks, she showed us each tux and we all agreed that each one was sharp, great selection. Next, I was was taken into a dressing area complete with curtain, tv and sofa for spectators to wait. Victoria helped me with my vest adjustment, ties, and was very sociable at the same time. The first tuxedo I tried on I thought was a real solid look, and ultimately we ended up picking it. What i really liked about this place is the staff here is fun and you really feel that they care. The tailor was pretty cool to, he helped me take in and get a perfect v-shape taper that i like for my jackets. Kinda a grumpier old grandpa type guy but he was on point and knew his stuff. Overall Formal Headquarters gets a 5 from me for great tuxedos, friendly service, and excellent atmosphere (bright, clean, and airy). Everything was extremely smooth, I?d recommend ANY groom, really check them out...\r
