Very proffesional and compassionate 4/3/2012

I had to put my baby to sleep today after finding out that she had cancer. I was not prepared and unsure of what to do. My vet recommended that i talk to the folks at forever faithful and that they offered creamation services and burial services. The lady that help me at forever faithful was so compassionate and answered all my questions. They help make it a little easyer to face the loss of a family member. Pros: null Cons: null more

Impersonal and inefficient 3/19/2012

I made arrangements for my cat to be cremated at Forever Faithful. He was picked up from the lab where his autopsy was performed on March 1 or 2. I was advised that I would receive a phone call when he was ready to come home. I called approximately one week later and was informed that he had not yet been "processed" and would be called as soon as he was ready. Pros: null Cons: null more
