Forever 21

I am just a tourist,I had a very bad experience in F21 @Wesminster Mall. One of the staff was very rude, she is black has a weird hair, I start asking her for some help and she ignored me right away. She said sorry I can't help I'm just take a break . I was shock and not believe how low and rude that she is.Btw I'm not live in USA but I come here for travel every year.This is the worst experience I ever had and I have to say NO More F21 for me. more

This store sells cheap stuff. Cheap by standard and not by prices. Several times they sold me bad clothes and wouldn't refund me for various good reasons. I would rather make my own clothes and I don't even know how. I wouldn't even give it a star, but tat's the lowest. Ok, they get a star to being able to wear it and look good in the fitting room b/c it doesn't last long after that. more

yeah, okay, grant cute clothes. whatever. 1. they're cheaply made, though i do own a few things here and there. 2. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE staff. i've delt with it at EVERY SINGLE FOREVER21 I'VE BEEN TOO. which is atleast 5. including out of state 1s/ 3. i'm ALMOST positive, i'm never shopping there again unless i'm in need of a cute cheap top and i cant find them elsewhere for t the life of me. must be life or death. by the way, i'm probably exaggerating i had a horrid experience last night. the worst yet. this manager(pfft), danielle(YOU FUCKING BITCH) not very nice, not helpful at all, and i don't appreciate dirty looks from stupid whores that look 46 and probably are only about 30. i asked for her name and she told me. i wandered off and she came and found me and asked me why i wanted it, but hmmm, her attitude changed and she was suddenly nice, hmm. go figure BITCH. 4. i'm calling corp. tomorrow and bitching them out about their suckass employees. fuck forever21. more

i ben 2 this new store and it is ausome! cool music and nice fitteng room. dis is da place especialy if u are under 21 like me. more

My friend and I went to Forever 21 Westminster Mall today at 5.25 PM (07/25/07) with our baby's 9 Months, however; we had awful experience from their associates (Sheila & Rachel). They asked us to throw away our drink (we didnt drink at store and they were at the baby stroller) and they asked us to leave the store rudely. How about the baby milk bottle? Means are they going to throw the bottle milk away too? How rude they are. IS this the way Forever 21 threats their customer or should hire employees (NOT KIDS with rude attitude) that know how to behave. Unpleasant experience at Forever 21, Westminster Mall. ALso, store doesnt have many collection like others Forever 21 Store. No wonder, there were no many customers. more

I worked there...notice the past tense...and they have the shittiest policies. The return policy begs to be changed, and they totally enforce it and feed their employees to the wolves, speaking of the customers, as if WE wrote the return policy. Corporate refuses to deal with ANYTHING, and they are sneaky conniving backstabbers who will do anything to make money and mass produce cheap, ill-made and not-so-in-fashion clothing, and market it as the newest trends. Did you also know they have sweatshops? Shop elsewhere! more

I love Forever 21! You can always find the latest styles here for an inexpensive price. There's such a variety of stuff you can find something for almost any occasion. One of my favorite stores. more

Nobody can stay 21 forever, but at Forever 21 you can at least dress like one. I love to shop at Forever 21. They always have the newest style in stock. I love their brand because it cheap and the style aren’t that bad. It aims for the typical 21 year old. I would recommend everyone to drop by and check out their clothes. more

I love shopping at Forever 21. They carry Juniors clothing. Problem is, if you are really small, or on the larger size you will not fit there clothes. They do go down to size XS or even XXS for some things, but not many. The clothes are really cheap, although they aren’t the best quality. They are so cute though, so it makes it worth it. I definitely recommend this store for teenagers or young women who wear juniors clothes. more

Forever 21 has really great deals on clothes and accessories. They have dresses, work clothes, casual and much more lie party clothes. It’s clothes for every occasion and you’ll look very stylish, I love their purses and earrings. I mean they have such a wide variety of things I can never decide on what to buy. Totally recommend this place to anyone! more

For new in season clothing, I would definitely go to Forever 21. They offer cute styles, mostly whatever is in at the time. Plus they come in wide range of sizes! Which is great because I’m petite and some off my friends are not yet we can still shop together. They nice and very helpful and they sell everything form accessories to under garments. more

Forever 21 an average store for me. The price there are pretty high if the item is not on clearance. I can't really find anything from this store. I used to love to shop here, but recently I have switch to the American eagle. I would recommend this store to people, but personally it just not my style here. more

They have the cutest cloths here at forever 21 and plus you can get them at really great prices. I love buying my tops from here because they are always so comfortable and cute. It is normally hard for me to find tops that are cute yet comfortable, but I always seem to find it here and also at really great prices. They also have the cutest earings and necklaces here and they are also at great low prices too. more
