Excellent Service, As Always 6/30/2011

I have been relying on Foreign Exchange numerous times since 2003. They have reviewed and solved various issues I have addressed with my BMW. On every visit I was quickly advised of the correct repair and cost plus other items involved. They have always managed to work me into their schedule in a timely manner. And more importantly the work was always completed as promised and done correctly the first time every time. You can't go wrong with this independent repair shop. more

Rick and crew at Foreign Exchange are absolutely awesome! They have serviced both of my cars for over 6 years. They hire high-quality service techs and everyone who works at Foreign Exchange seems focused on giving you a world-class customer experience. They always base their recommendations on the level of necessity of the repair at hand, my budget, and the age of the vehicle. They even recommend against certain repairs, if the repair is not essential or if they feel that you would be throwing money in a black hole. Their body shop work is phenomenal, too. All of my friends and colleagues who turn to Foreign Exchange have shared similar feedback with me -- which makes me trust my decision even more to give all of my auto-repair business to Foreign Exchange. Fast, Friendly Service ! 5/26/2011

I love the personal attention I receive when my cars get worked on. The quality of work is no comparison to the "shop" down the street from them. I use to take my cars to Specialty MW, I became use to getting work done over a long period of time. To my surprise and joy, they have never taken more than 24 hours to fix my cars. They definitely know exotic and luxury cars. more

They keep my old car running! I like their service -- prices are affordable, especially for my old Saab. Better to keep it running than to pay for a new car loan, right? Also, they look out for upcoming repairs and advise on those issues. That helps me. more

Great place, good people. Fast, efficient, solid. The mechanics are smart and use all of the best diagnostic tools, so it's not "exploratory surgery" when you bring your car in. Convenient and accomodating. This team has years of experience in auto repair and sales, making them my "go-to" staple for my Volvo. more

Foreign Exchange Inc is the best independent shop in town. 6/16/2009

My parents always took their Mercedes and Volvos to the Foreign Exchange. When I moved back to the area naturally I looked them up and now have the same peace of mind my dad did when I was growing up. Their facility is beautiful and clean and they are very knowledgable and accommodating. Their pricing is much better that the franchise dealer here in town. They have a great customer referral program-ask them about it! more
