Outstanding 5/7/2011

These guys are really great. Pleasant, friendly and seem very honest. I would recommend them to everyone who has a problem with his car. On my first visit I needed a water pump, they gave me an estimate before they fixed it and it was actually less when I picked up my car, and the car was ready when they promised. I have been in many times since for regular oil changes, tires and brakes and they never fail to please. YOU MUST GO HERE! They are Number 1! more

The mechanics at Foreign Auto Repair Services had my problem diagnosed within two hours and had my car back to me within the same day. I was amazed when I was told that the problem was minor. My repair cost substantially less than I expected. I knew then, that I had finally found an honest mechanics.? more

I've been bringing my car to Foreign Auto Repair Services for years with fantastic outcomes and quality results at a fair market price they're very passionate about their work. My car has never looked so shiny I didn't want to replace it. Thanks for saving me thousands from the alternative of buying a new car. Many strangers ask me if I just bought new car I giggle no, I just got it detailed - sure feels like new again! I don't know much about cars and even less about transmissions. My car would only go in reverse. I called a number of repair centers and no one would give me a quote. I called Foreign Auto Repair Services and they gave me a quote. Not only did I get a quote, the Manager took 15 minutes and explained what the evaluation process was and what repairs might me needed after the evaluation. The reason I went to Foreign Auto Repair Services is they listened to me and answered my questions.? more

The crew at Foreign Auto Repair Services was great! They were understanding, took the time to pay attention to detail and had great initiative! They were very friendly, they had a family atmosphere that was very comfortable and easy going. Very respectful and polite service! As a consumer, there are many times I am disappointed in a local business when it comes to customer service. Well this is NOT the case with Foreign Auto Repair Services. Here are the things they did right! 1. Fixed my car - perfectly 2. Every employee I had contact with was very friendly and genuine. 3. They completed the work - on time - when they said the car would be ready - it was. 4. They went the extra mile to fix a little door thing that wasn't a part of the original job. 5. They made the transaction as smooth as they possible could with my insurance and deductible. 6. They are family owned and REALLY care about their customers. Thanks to the whole gang at Foreign Auto Repair Services! I confidently recommend Foreign Auto Repair Services to everyone who needs body work. more

Small and honest mechanic shop 11/10/2005

We have been going to this mechanic for about 20 years now. They are very honest and thorough and sometimes even have the opportunity to buy cars through them. They service all of our cars (American and foreign) but they do specialize in foreign cars. Recently they have gotten a new employee for the front desk area who appears to receive commission. So be careful what you agree to have them do because he is more of a salesman than anything. Overall, you can trust the guys who work in the back and they have great loyalty and referral programs for customers. more
