I cannot say enough about this place! I very recently lost my dear cat, and I am very much so still mourning his passing. When I brought him in the team began moving in high gear to get him the care he needed. As the wonderful Dr. Cynthia started talking about what was wrong, and what needed to be done, I was waiting for her to start talking about money, as many vets will do. Nobody said a word to me about payment. They just took care of my baby, no questions asked. The only time money was mentioned was to just let me know where things were financially, but nobody was asking for money. Dr. Cynthia called me during the evening to update me, and she even went back at midnight to check on him! How many vets do that?! Gary was also great, as he stood by when I went to see my boy the next day. Dr. Cat was there for me near the end, and stayed by until my dear baby left. She helped me clip some of his fur to remember him by, and was nothing but kind. Lee Ann was there for me the whole way. She got my baby's paw prints for me, and made sure I was ok. Both Lee Ann and Dr. Cynthia came outside to check on me, and talk to me for a while. They treated me like family, and I know a lot of vets don't do that. When my uncle came to pick me up (I was in no condition to drive) he asked about the bill, and we were told not to worry about that now, and that it would be mailed. I was so incredibly lucky to have chosen Church Street Animal Hospital as my vet. If you are looking for a vet, this is the place, hands down! I am very sad to have lost my baby, Clausie, but I am very happy to have Church Street Animal Hospital as my forever vet!!
