Tim was wonderful. Called when he was running late. Listened to my description of the problem with my GE Profile French Door ice maker.
Opened the door, fumbled a bit with the ice bin latch and then said ""look"".
Sure enough, there were some stuck cubes tucked way up in the maker.
I was sure that I still owed him the stated trip charge, but he didn't ask for it. He said to give it a day to cycle into the ice making mode, and that he expected it to be fine. What a pleasant surprise in this day of ""national internet franchises"" that don't know what customer service is. WOW!! Yes, I will use him again and recommend him to others. And, he got to me the same day that I called.
