WORST EXPERIENCE WE EVER HAD!!! 1/14/2012

I thought the owner was going to hit me when I told him I had bought my Father's casket from another place! From that moment on... everyone at the place was openly angry with me and my family! We will never use them again! GREED should have no place in a funeral home!!!!! My poor 10 year old son even noticed it! more
