Ford Authorized Sales/service

I was actually just browsing the Showroom while my dad had his 2008 Explorer in for service. I don't know how this happened, but I went home with a 2010 Fusion. We had an old Nissan truck and needed a car, but I never expected the new fusion to drive so nice. After the drive my salesperson told me that we drove a car that was in the newspaper as an add, I felt like I was getting a fair deal and now am a proud owner of a new Fusion. My salesperson and the finance manager were very friendly and professional throughout the entire process as he tried to move it along as smoothly as possible. I am a happy customer of Future Ford. more

I have purchased several vehicles from Future over the years and I have to say that I feel like I have received a 'friends & family' deal each and every time. Greg really goes out of his way to make the purchase hassle-free...and the paperwork process is incredibly easy! Per my request, Greg also has helped me customize my vehicle to my standards getting me outstanding deals on wheels, tires, tint etc...above & beyond my expectations. I just cannot find anything to criticize them...they make car buying simple. I would highly reccommend them to anyone. Thanks for all the great deals! more

My girlfriend really needed a new car so we went shopping to a couple of dealers and ended up at Future Ford At first we thought it was going to be a typical car sales experience but this time around we had a salesman that was rpetty down to earth. I don’t remember his name, but he was a tall older white man. I liked the fact that he seemed like he knew what he was talking about which is a nice change from the two dealers we went to yesterday What was even better though was I was able to buy a used Explorer for 3k under the stickerprice! As a first time car buyer I was very nervous but not for long because Brian was awesome! I've never trusted someone selling something to me before. For once, I felt like I got to relax and he made sure everything was taken care of and perfect. I wont buy a car anywhere else! Every one there was very helpful, professional, and nice. The sales manager did great job location the exact vehicle that I wanted and for the same great offer they gave to me. There was little negotiation and I was satisfied with the fair deal. I obviously purchased the vehicle. The sales manager's knowledge and customer service skills is the reason that I chose them as the dealership to purchase through. Pros: Honest and Good Service more

My sales person was EXCELLENT. He helped me find the 2010 Fusion with just the options i wanted. He went over multiple lease vs buy vs financing legth scenarios with me. He helped arrange aftermarket alarm/remote start system installation. He was extremely knowledgeable about the 2010 Fusion and setup Sync to work with my mobile phone. Not only will I try to sell the 2010 Fusion to anyone who will listen, but I will send them hereto make sure they get the car they want. Regarding the 2010 Fusion it was a HORRIBLE decision to put HUB CAPS on the SE version. The SE should easily be the highest volume model (above the base S, but below the SEL), why on earth would the highest volume target have hub caps? On a $23k car? Hub caps? Even the SE with the V6 engine has hub caps? But the base model S has real wheels? Unbelievable. Other than that I loved my 2006 Fusion, and so far I love this one even more. Pros: Great selection, exceptional service Cons: none i can think of more

This is my third Ford purchase, but my first one from Future Ford. I can say that I was surprised as how knowledgeable my salesperson was on the truck. It's not my first work truck, and it's not my first Ford, but the guy we worked with knew the details about the packages I need. Actually, we worked with a manager basically the entire time because we went in through the fleet department to get a government deal on the truck (a trick I learned from my wife's brother who sold cars in the 80's). Greg Smith, the sales manager, had us come see him directly and actually explained ahead of time exactly what we would be doing on Tuesday when we come in. Car dealer should hire more managers like Greg instead of the guy they usually have in dealerships that hides away until the very end then comes out to change the whole deal! Aside from some financing differences (I guess you have pick between the money they offer or the low interest rate and I was thinking we could have both) it was the best purchase I have ever been through and I will definitely be back to purchase from Greg Smith and Future Ford again Pros: Professional and quick more
