I've been going to Ophra's pilates and yoga classes for almost a year. Ophra is a wonderful teacher, and since all the classes are small (no more than 5 or 6) she is really able to spend one-on-one time with you in every class. She knows how to push her students while also helping you focus on how your body is working and the connections between your skeleton, muscles, etc. Honestly, I am quite amazed at how much my body has changed in the year since starting to take Ophra's classes. I am much stronger, have greater lung capacity, and am generally healthier than ever before. Ophra is great, and I highly recommend both her pilates and yoga classes!
