My family have been patients of Dr. Sorrells for many years and have unfortunetly met with poor office procedures on multiple occassions. Although, they seem to like their doctor, it seems that the Louisburg office telephone number has not been set to ring over in Overland Park, when they leave for the day. Both locations often experience problems with their patient files. It seems it would be advantageous for the client files to be scanned so that a patient could be seen in either office when the need arose for a patient to be seen other than in the Louisburg office. We have waited for close to a week for my daughter's prescription to be refilled at our pharmacy and my daughter was put on hold for close to 10 minutes on the phone after having to call multiple times.
