My husband and I attended Cook With Your Honey Wine Dinner. We had an enjoyable evening and met some fun people. However, we did not do any cooking. We chose seared duck breast as our dish. We prepared the duck, very simple, and chopped a few veggies. We were told the chef would help us "cook duck later". Never happened. We were eating appetizers when we realized the chef was cooking the duck across the kitchen. Not only did we not have a hands on cooking experience, we didn't even get a demo. One more thing that really bothered me. We were preparing a dinner with 14 other people, we knew none of them. Never was it suggested, or even offered, that we wash our hands. So we ate a dinner prepared by hands that may, or may not have been washed any time recently. YUCK! Would not recommend this "cooking school" Have had much better experience elsewhere.
