I brought my cat there thinking this woman would be at least professional and in the hopes that she would be real with me, although I haven't went to her before. I informed her of my background in the industry and my degree in small animal science, granted I am not a vet. I felt I was very respectful and let her give me her diagnosis. Although I already knew what was wrong with my cat, and have already priced the procedure out at other vets. I asked for an estimate and blood work knowing that my cat would need this anywhere else I would have to take her. Once she gave me her mind-blowing estimate, and upon questioning her estimate, she belittled me and told me she is a vet, as to reassure me my cat is in good hands... she proceeds to take my cat from me to another room, to take its blood, I ask to go with her and watch, her response is No. As they are in the back I can hear them talking about me through the wall, Now that is Just rude.\r
My advice: Go elsewhere save your self the stress
