Great location close to Coffee Bean and downtown Monrovia. What I like most is there are no long waits to use the equipment and everyone is very friendly. They say they open at 5am but I have been coming closer to 4am and there are quite a few people working out already. Something for everyone here; classes, plenty of machines and weights and stuff. more

Love this place! 12/2/2010

This gym operates the way a gym should. Professional staff, not too crowded and yet not empty, plenty equipment and good selection of classes. Great hometown feel to it. Really appreciate them more

Above average gym 6/23/2005

I got a student discount over the summer since I only come home during this time. It was $99 for three months, which is an awesome deal. The staff, especially Brian Whelan the owner, is warm and knowledgeable. The gym is never crowded. The only downfall is that the cardio equipment and 3/4 of the weight machines seem a tad old. Pros: Staff, Cleanliness, Not crowded Cons: Old machines more

Excellent trainers 3/2/2005

They have a wall with all the trainer's pictures and bio's on it for you to choose from. My trainer, Jennifer Salinas, is superb. So patient with me. She is certified as are all the trainers. I have some special needs and Jennifer is very understanding. She is the best. more

Great Staff and atmosphere 3/2/2005

What a fun place to work out. Staff are very friendly, atmosphere is great, exceptionally clean in a great location. Plenty of equipment and never too crowded. Pros: Staff, cleanliness, atmosphere more
