Foot Action sent me the wrong pair of shoes on an online order. They then made no attempt to replace the the pair and over the next 3 weeks I had to dilligently send them e-mails to have the correct pair mailed to me with the promise that they would pick up the shipping. Cons: terribe service and business practices more
