Foot Solutions

I've purchased two pairs of shoes at Foot Solutions in Sherman Oaks. In both cases, the service was extremely helpful and patient. Ron kept bringing shoes and gently putting them on my feet until I found the perfect fit and look. One pair was a set of Chung Shi sandals with the rocker type sole. They help me to stand up straighter, and that's a real advantage because I'm leaning over the computer all day. The Chung Shi sandals are astoundingly comfortable, and I wear them everywhere. The black sandals when worn with black nylon knee highs and slacks simply disappear and no one knows I'm wearing comfy sandals to business meetings. And then there are the sexy high heels. I've had a hip replacement, so I wasn't really looking for high heels, but the Ziera shoes intrigued me. Turns out they are so comfortable and stable that I can dance in them! The staff at Foot Solutions went out of their way to be sure that I had a perfect fit in the shoes I liked. Highly recommended!!! more

I came in there one afternoon and I told them I was having problems with my shoes and the pain in my feet so I asked them for recommendations, they were horrible, they were trying to sell me their customized orthopedic inserts which cost upwards of $400, and I told them that is not something I could afford. They did not care, they only wanted to sell me their most expensive items, I told them I needed a cheap insert and they didn't even offer me those. And then they tried to sell me on the idea that my insurance would cover the cost of the customized orthopedic. They obviously are dying to make a buck here. Pros: nothing Cons: LIARS! THEY WILL SELL ANYTHING TO YOU. more

I had a great experience at Foot Solutions. After about three weeks of intense pain I came to discover that the incredible pain in my left foot was plantar fasciatis. My podiatrist sent me to foot solutions to get arch supports and quality shoes to help correct the problem. Pros: knowledgeable staff, easy parking, unique and well made shoes, amazing custom orthotics more

They have the worst customer service, horrible quality in their shoes and therapeutic inserts. They do not stand by the quality of their products or have any interest in working with customers and their needs. They try to sell things to you that you don't need thinking that it's in your best interest. Cons: HORRIBLE QUALITY, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO GUARANTEE ON THE PRODUCTS more
