Foot Solutions

Saved my feet I had purchased a pair of shoes and custom orthotics from a Foot Solutions in Arizona. The Arizona store replaced the custom a couple of time - and my feet still hurt. Very expensive experience. Went into the Foot Solutions in Beaverton and he worked with me for a while and then said ? Your foot is similar to mine ? try this - he brought out an over the counter insert and a Brooks Shoe. Put some modifications in the shoe and they felt great. We called about a 9 mo later from Idaho- explain what we were feeling. Suggested I replace the shoe - sent me some modifications. Everything is great again. Lady?s Comments are wrong ? I was there I was the salesman in the backroom when the young lady came in ? she probably did not understand I was there. This lady came in making threats , barking out orders, and presenting a hostile environment. She accused him of saying he was a doctor , He was unqualified, did not know what he was doing . He could hardly get a word out with out her standing in his face and yelling at him. Everytime he would shift his weight ? she would say ? Are you going to make contact with me. He asked her to leave and she just continued to scream. It was stupid. WE did confirm with the police what had happened. . I have worked in the industry for years . I have known Rich and his wife for years and have only seen hin bend over backwards for his clients. He is well respected in the medical community. Please ? Professional and Honest I went in to the store with a foot problem . After a brief evaluation and testing he suggested that the first thing we should do is make sure we do not have a medical problem - probably an xray. He could have tried to sell me something like everyone else has - but he said it was not worth it. Then gave me list of podiatrist that could give a medical opinion. I appreciated that he took the time ? at no charge and focused on my needs - not the pocket book. I will return for personalized service he gave me. WE were referred to the Foot Solutions store by our physician. They were very thorough and explained what the physician wanted and options for me from cost and products. We were able to participate in the selection of the products. They were very professional and I would highly recommend their services Pros: Staff knowledge professional training Cons: Less options more
