I have been going to Foolish Craig?s Cafe for 12 years. The food is always great, had a bad experience on our last trip though. Foolish Craig?s has a great atmosphere. Through the main eating area you can view Pearl Street and since the windows face south, nice sun light shines through the windows. Only problem is when if the host seats you upstairs the atmosphere is lost which is actually what happened to my girlfriend and I last Saturday. Pros: Food - atmosphere Cons: Host more

If you visit Boulder for a night or more, you must visit Foolish Craig's. 8/16/2008

My mother and I found this restaurant by chance when driving down Pearl St. It looked fun and unique so we gave it a shot. The front/outside of the cafe is small but the inside feels relatively roomy. We were asked whether we wanted to sit downstairs or upstairs and then promptly seated upstairs. Pros: Fresh and tasty food, simple and relaxing decor, great service. Cons: Resteraunt has a small facade, parking is limited. more

Awesome service, good food! 3/9/2007

This has been one of my favorite casual places to eat in Boulder for so long, and its probably because the manager (owner?) is ridiculously nice to his customers, and so is the rest of the staff. I usually just get a garden burger and fries, but save room for a dessert crepe; this place is all about crepes! Pros: service, food, hours Cons: parking more

Fantastic Date Place 5/3/2006

I went to this restaurant the other night with a date. We just happened to be walking along the Pearl Street mall and I asked her where she wanted to eat and said how about right there. I was unsure based off of the outside appearance but once inside it enhanced our evening immediatley. We enjoyed the our dinner while listening to fantastic jazz music. Sonny Rollins happened to be playing. We then exited the restaurant and listened to some more jazz and stayed for just a moment. I highly recommend this for a comfortable and fairly casual date. Foolish NOT to go to Craig's! 9/2/2004

Living proof that healthy food doesn't have to be boring! Foolish Craigs has a great creative breakfast menu selection- the portions are huge and the ingredients are fresh and very well prepared! The ambiance indoors is rather bar-like, but sitting at one of the three outdoor tables is a delight! Pros: creative menu, fresh ingredients, huge portions Cons: , only 3 tables outside more

Great Breakfast 9/25/2002

Great food and amazing atmosphere. I love going to Craig's in the morning for a cup of coffee. I can relax and plan for the day on the patio as I people watch and enjoy the weather. Just a fun place to go by yourself or with friends. more
