I've been there several time N Catered few times from there....Food has been good most of the time...But one time when I asked what I ordered was made of...Server incharge wasnt able to answer my question....They need propper training...If they want people to come there N make this Restaurant one of the Top than Staff needs to be trained better...Service has to be faster N accurate....they do mess up orders a lot from what I heard from people N family members...PRICES goes up every month or soo...that is outrageous man...for the service they give to their customers...Prices are way too high... Pros: Varities of different style food Cons: High Price, Untrained staff, Poor Service... more

Good food, bad service 9/29/2008

I've had 1 lunch, 2 dinners, and catered a few times from Food Castle. I do not base it off of the number of cars in a parking lot, rather my own (and family) opinion of our time here. Pros: Food Cons: Dinner Service. more

Highly overpriced, extremely poor service 9/21/2008

The prices are outrageous $7.00 for two tiny samosas that are old and stale, $5.00 for mango lassi. I have never been to an India/Paki restaurant with such high prices. You will expect atleast the service to be good but the services are slow... Be patient for your food to arrive in 1 hour. They have a nice atmosphere. I will give them that more

Great food with very poor service 8/2/2008

This was my fourth time in the last 2 months, Food is always great and served fresh, no regrets ! I have always not been impressed with service, considering it was kind of like a ""fast food"" place. Considering that they have increased their prices over 30-40% in the last month, one should expect better service. The service was extremely poor and the servers are not trained to be professional. I was really disappointed with my last trip and will try to pass my feedback to management, so the business can eventually grow and succeed. After one or two trips and a good understanding of the menu, i would recommend to go for carry out. Pros: Parking, food Cons: Poor service, unfriendly staff more

Freshest Indian Food Ever 6/17/2008

great place to go for fresh food. Highly recommended! Helpful and friendly staff. Interior is well done. Try the Butter chicken and Tandori chicken.....Chicken Biryani also higly recommended. Pros: Fresh food....great ambience Cons: no party hall for partys more

Good Food...Poor Service 3/8/2008

With over 300 items on its menu, Food castle has some great food....from north to south indian, indochinese, indothai and all. The taste of the food is great compared to other indian restaurants in the area, however the service is very poor. Takes forever for the food to come out of the kitchen.
