Fontana Brothers Heating and Air Conditioning

Thank you, Fontana Brothers! My family was in need of a new motor for our AC handler. My first call was to the heating and cooling company that I have used since I purchased my home in 2012. I was utterly shocked at the price of their quote. Normally, I am a loyal customer and would not shop deals - - that is unless, I thought the price was not in line with market. The issue was I don't know market prices for AC components and labor. I asked a few co-workers for some referrals. My first call was to Fontana Brothers. Immediately, I liked them. I worked directly with Andre. He made the process seamless. I gave him my unit's make, model and seriel number and some basic information about the location of my handler. Within 15 minutes of our first conversation, he called me back with a quote - - - to my surprise it was 52% less than my original quote from my existing AC service co. While, I didn't think we needed to rush the work. Andre recommended that he come out tonight after my workday because it is going to be cold & he was concerned about my family not having heat tonight and tomorrow morning. How awesome is that??? Andre and his son, Andre Jr. replaced my handler's motor tonight. It was so easy. Plus, these guys are professional and very mindful about keeping the house clean (booties over their shoes and they swept up after themselves.) I can't say enough good things about these outfit. Fontana Brothers is my new AC company & would recommend them to anyone!! more

My air conditioning fan motor and compressor broke. I immediately called Dan and within 1 hour he was at my residence.....45 minutes later he resolved the problem and had my air conditioner up and running. Dan is very professional and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend him and his company for your air conditioning needs. more

I have never been happier with a Heating & A/C service company. These guys are thorough, courteous, they care and they are neat and clean: when they come into the house, they put on shoe covers!! I woke to find our A/C had just stopped working over night. I called the Fontana Brothers and they were able to give me a 1pm appointment the same day. It was great, Pat arrived exactly at 1pm. He was very informative and showed me exactly what was wrong with our unit. He fixed the problem without any issues in less than an hour. Hopefully we won't have any problems again, but if we do I will be sure to use them again! more

I have been using Fontana Brothers Heating & Air for a couple of years. This was the best thing i ever did. This company is always on time & if they are running late they will always call. Everyone is honest & are truthful about the problems you are having with your unit. They won't try to sell you parts that are not needed just for the money. As for the price, Fontana Brothers is extremely fair! I was shocked at the price when Dan came the 1st time to service my A/C. The service they provide is impeccable! Dan truly values the customers & will work with you. There should be more companies that operate on High Regard for its customers, Honesty & Quality! Dan has been servicing my a/c unit for a couple years. I have to say that I'm extremely happy with his work. He is very professional and knows what he is doing. He is very thorough when checking my a/c unit. I appreciate his honesty and the fact the he doesn't try to upsell unnecessary stuff like some technicians. I received very personalized service. I didn't feel taken advantage of like you often do with A/C companies. There was timely service completed with a courtesy call ahead to say we are on the way. This family of brothers is absolutely wonderful. Hard working, thorough, polite and HONEST to a fault. They removed an awful old system from a terribly hot crawl space which took most of a day. I never heard anyone complain once. The truly work as a team. It is clear they respect one another and that carries through to the work they do. I was more than impressed having had some less than par experience with other workmen I hired down here after moving from CT. This crew is absolutely top drawer and worth every penny they EARNED. Woke up on a freezing January morning... to a freezing house. My heat had stopped working sometime during the night. It was blowing constantly... just not hot air. And, if I didn't get someone over to fix it fast, I was looking at a pretty unhappy family and a huge electric bill. A friend recommended Fontana Brothers, so I called them. Dan Fontana came within an hour. And, shortly thereafter, fixed the issue. He was professional and courteous, as well, even wearing shoe covers so he wouldn't dirty my floors. Fontana Brother's service pros were kind, well-spoken, genuine, extremely helpful, and very professional. Their service really made me feel like they were here to help me instead of to sell me expensive parts and leave as soon as possible.
