I have been having problems with this company since July 2006. I finally had enough and switched to ATT for the same monthly rate.\r \r My advice to everyone is to change telephone companys as they all offer the state funded Universal Life Line program.\r \r Want someone to complain to about this lousy company? No product!, No customer service!, No response!, however their billing service is ravaging CA! 1/24/2007

The premise of this company was sound, cheap phones for disadvntaged folks, however I have $64 dollars worth of bills and still no Phone! I can't contact them no matter how hard I try. more

This Company is the WORST Co. I have EVER had to deal with. 7/10/2006

This company has the WORST customer service dept. I have been trying to get through to them for over 1 month now, but the line is either busy, or I am on hold for +45min. I have called the number to set up new service (and of course they answer immediatley) and explained that it is impossible to get through to their customer service dept. They refuse to transfer me, supervisors will not help me, they simply take a message and say they will forward it to customer service and someone will get back to me within 48 hours - yet no one ever does. I absolutely despise this company and would not recomend it to a soul. Fones 4 All should be ashamed of themselves. Cons: NO CUSTOMER SERVICE more
