Rude! Folsom painting came out and gave us an estimate, we decided to use them and then never heard from them again. An e-mail and a phone call later and still no return call. If you can't or don't want to do the job have the decency to let your potential customers know so they can move on. more

I have used Folsom Painting since 1997. I first hired them to repaint a den originally painted by another company. Since then they have repainted most of the house and the exterior. Recently I had Daniel paint a remodeled laundry room and a newly installed door and trim. I am very happy with the work that has been done and I trust and like Daniel. Using the same firm for 15 years really speaks for itself. Plus Daniel always tells me if I find any spot or have any problem to call him. I recommend this firm highly. more

They painted our house 4 years ago and did a fantastic job -- the work is still holding up strong. Great price (got three quotes), straightest lines I've ever seen, no mess, always on-time, friendly, and done very quickly. We did have an issue with paint coverage in a couple areas, but they promptly responded and fixed all the problems. I have since recommended them to friends and even my Mom and Dad! So, not sure what happened with the other folks that left poor reviews here, but they did a first-class job for us. Pros: Fair price, quality work, took action on concerns more

We hired these guys some years ago . They did a small job for us on the coast"" Mendocino"" . When they finally arrived their van breaks down . That's about when it all went to hell . Picking them up daily at a local motel dropping them off was to much . When the work was finally done poor paint coverage and the repairs to dry wall we paid extra for soon cracked again . We recently bought a home in El Dorado Hills and needed some paint work . Was actually surprised this guy and son were still in business . Pros: They should up Cons: none more

They painted my house when it was cold and thus the paint didn't work well on certain areas. Now the house looks terrible in certain areas and they will not fix it. What a nightmare. Now I have to spend more money to get this fixed. Very poor customer service...keep looking! more
