I live in Florida and thought I found my one true love in Berea, KY. I went to send flowers using Foley's. Well needless to say the arrangement was undeliverable due to the woman I was speaking with had lied to me and ended up being rude to them also. When I called Foley's to get an update on my delivery they were always professional and understanding. They even talked with me a little bit and helped me see that she was ultimately not worth anymore of my time. They also are in the process of refunding my purchase and still maitain a great attitude about everything. You won't find a better more understanding florist ANYWHERE!!!! I have used this florist for years and they always do a fabulous job. I just give them an idea of what I want and they always come up with something spectacular. They recently did all the flowers for my father's funeral and everyone was just so amazed at how beautiful and perfect everything looked even tho it was Mother's Day weekend and flowers were hard to come by on short notice. I had ordered a Star Gazer Lilly Topariary from a florist in Lexington because I had ordered this arrangement there before and was told it was beautiful. But times have changed and they no longer hand deliver flowers to other cities so they referred the order to Foley's Florist & Hallmark. I was nervous. But soon found out there was no need to be. I wasn't able to attend the funeral therefore wasn't able to see the arrangement. I have received several ""they are beautiful"" compliments! Thank you Foley's for doing such and excellent job!
