I regret ever using this service. I recieved my pet back in a vitamin /medicine looking bottle and the label has the name of the creamation service on it. I felt so horrible that I trusted them with such a precious pet, and really now do not trust that my pet is in the bottle they returned to me. This service is so harsh and hurt very much when I picked up ""spitfire"". Cons: heartless more
