Worst

Brought a pair of Air-Titanium frames into the store to refit with sunglasses. One of the nose pieces was missing and I purchased several new ones for future replacements. Complet...

nice people but a disappointing experience 12/17/2008

Brought a pair of Air-Titanium frames into the store to refit with sunglasses. One of the nose pieces was missing and I purchased several new ones for future replacements. Completed glasses were sent UPS to me with nose piece still missing and the ear piece plastic hanging off the glasses. Would think for $265 (for two plain lense prescription) they would at least return the frames in tact. If this is the superior experience they speak of on their website, it seems to me that it's more about the money than the customer. This place is very expensive too! more

Astonishing collection, great service 10/4/2006

Been to a lot of optical stores. This one has all the cool stuff...An entire Oliver Peoples store next door to the regular store which has a HUGE selection of amazing frames. Took hours to decide because there were so many.....and there is an outlet in the back where they sell closeouts for 50+% off the regular price. Staff is friendly and very professional. Check out the frames by Theo... Pros: Ambience, selection, staff Cons: parking more

Great Selection of Cool Frames 9/14/2005

I love to wander through Focal Point and try on their frames. From arty to hip to serious and all points in between, you will find something to suit your needs. Their staff take the time to make sure the fit is correct and that all the features you want/need for lenses are presented. Parking is on the street only (mostly metered) so plan ahead. High quality materials and products; this place isn't cheap (although there can be deals during their frame sales) but good service and quality are worth it in my experience. more
