The Flying Star couldn't GET any better. Friendly people, cool atmosphere and delicious food make this one of my favorite places to go. I love their breakfasts - fluffiest ever omelets, HUGE french toast made with challah bread - to die for! Just walking in the door makes you feel special. Pies, pastries and pancakes are all wonderful. Outstanding coffees, super magazine selection. Interesting people watching. Try other locations also - Juan Tabo, Menaul, Rio Grande all have a unique feel, with the same great food. more

Pricey but Delicious 7/26/2002

I really love most of their food. Their thai noodle dishes and regular buddha bowl are very tasty. I could drink a gallon of the ""Red Stuff"" (Cranberry Herbal Cooler) every day but that would be cost prohibitive. I do not usually buy their desserts though. I feel that $4.00 for a slice of cake or pie is way to expensive. more
