Deli isn't up to par 11/13/2008

Way over priced food, horrible service and I just have to say that the COWBOY COOKIES have been horrible the past 2 days... Did anyone in the store care, no they just said ""we get the dough shipped in and we can do anything about it"" they said I need to post a review... so here I am doing just that, THEY'RE GROSS!!! Get new dough and better employees. I'm not going back to eat lunch there or to get my cookie fixes. more

Terrible Service 8/22/2008

Out of all people, you wouldn't expect the store manager to be the one that ruins your experience. At this location, the staff are generally friendly--so I was surprised when i recieved horrible service from her. Elephant's has good food although pricey. This location typically has a ""regular"" crowd as it is surrounded by business parks and several customers have been saying that they will take their business somewhere else due to her lack of professionalism and poor service. more

Good lunch spot, expensive 10/23/2006

There aren't a ton of options for lunch on Kruse Way but if you want a good sandwich or salad (or a good selection of high end treats) stop by the Flying Elephant. Just expect to spend $12-$15 for a sandwich, chips and a drink. Pros: quality, high end selections Cons: expensive more
