Poor Service 5/7/2010

I recently spoke with a representative from Fluid regarding the repair of my lawn sprinkler system. The man, the owner I believe, was pleasant and promised a follow-up call to schedule a service date the next day. He never called back. I called 3 business days later to again schedule service and left a message. They again never returned my calls. In short, if they need business maybe they will call you, If they do not prepared to be disrespected and ignored. Pros: Unknown? Cons: Do not retun calls or follow-up more
