Jill is outstanding. I have had her come watch my cat for awhile now. She is extremely dependable. She is very efficient, follows directions really well and most importantly, she is excellent with my cat. There have been times when I let Jill know last minute that I would need her for a certain day and she has always come through. She follows up with communications promptly. Whenever I come home- there is always a report of how the visit went, etc. She gives my cat an inhaler with no problems and My cat has really taken to her. I can tell when I get home that he has been very well cared for. I trust her immensely and I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a dependable, trustworthy sitter. She has even brought toys over for my cat to play with out of her own generosity. Care like this is very hard to find. If you are looking for a pet sitter I would set up an interview with her- you won't be disappointed! more

My boyfriend Rich actually has used Jill's services for probably about 12 years, I've known Jill close to 10 now. She used to take care of our Cocker Spaniel Sherman and now takes care of our almost 2 year old Jack Russell Sasha. Jill truly cares about the animals. I remember when Sherman got old Jill would call me at work to tell me whenever he would have an accident (eg. going to the bathroom in the house). She would actually take the time to clean up the mess in our house!!! She also administered eye drops to him too. So when we got another dog we stayed with Jill because we trust her 110% and she is a great person too!! Sasha LOVES her and I know Jill loves her!! Jill is not only our dog walker we consider her a friend also!! Jill is also very knowledgeable when it comes to health issues, medication, food etc..... Jill has been taking care of Rusty our geriatric cat for many years. Last year Rusty stopped eating right before we were leaving for a 2 week vacation. The vet discovered that his high blood pressure had made him almost blind, and that he had chronic kidney failure. We left Rusty in the hospital. Jill worked with our son to bring him home, nurse him back to stability, & encourage him to eat. She brought over a scale to monitor his daily weight. Whatever medical or emotional care he needed was coordinated by Jill. She feeds pills and ""smushes"" up canned food with a mortar and pestle to make it a smooth consistency before mixing in powdered medicine in the hopes that Rusty will eat it! Rusty was a happy, contented, recovered cat when we returned!! Jill truly impresses me with her professionalism: she gathered information on local contact, vet, cat preferences; we filled out a form for the neighbor and/or police who might be suspicious of her car in the driveway. Her invoices are detailed and timely. And she/?Rusty sends us Mother/Father's Day cards!! Rusty is always happy to see her. She is his ""cuddle buddy."" Jill has been our pet sitter for a decade and what a godsend.She cares deeply for our cats like they were her own. It is such a relief to know that they are in good hands when we go away on vacations. Our cats love her and always look happy and well cared for upon our return home.(One of our cats who worships her sometimes looks crestfallen when we come home. :).)\r Recently our 15 yr old cat became really sick and needed fluids, etc. Jill came to our rescue and helped with that as well as calling the Animal Hospital for us to ask questions regarding one of the medications . Jill has been babysitting for our cats for years. We have always been thrilled as have all of the people who to whom we have referred Jill. Twice she had to rush one of our cats to emergency and both times it saved their lives. Jill is loving and gentle with our boys. Our kittens are our only children. They mean the world to us as they are the only family that we have. When we lost our beloved Robin and Timothy, it was Jill who came to be at our side and cried right along with us. This service ruined our vacation. She could not handle our 35 lb beagle who needed insulin shots twice daily. She called us the second day of our vacation and told us she could not give the dog shots, the dog had snarled at her and she quit. She seemed to think that the dog could go several days until we returned without getting its shots. The dog would have died. We told her to take the dog to the vet and board it there. Then we were told she could not do this until she found someone else to get the dog for her which, could take several hours at least. We were beside ourselves with worry. We called several places ourselves to arrange transportation, but could not do it because we were out of town, and could not sign a release. Remember, this is our ""vacation"" Jill Nuciolo the ""pet sitter"" finally got someone to transport the dog to the vet for boarding. For this she charged us an additonal 25.00 plus her regular fees, plus additional time it took her to get the dog to the vet. The staff at the vet had no problem whatsoever with the dog. and felt so sorry for us, the vet made special arrangements for out pet to sleep under her desk because the dog was so stressed out. This petsitter is totally incompetent. She ruined our vaction, spoke to us disrespectfully, and charged us for her incompetence. Please do not use this service.
