Absolutely the best florist ever!\r \r Ever since I found them about 2 years ago they have provided excellent service and accommodated all of my requests.\r \r Feb. 14, 2009 (Valentine's Day) - Called them about 9am. Asked the owner to put together an arrangement of 6 dozen roses and have it delivered to my girlfriend's work by noon along with a box of antihistamine since she's slightly allergic to roses. Not only did they come through for me with taking a last minute order but they were able to prioritize my order and pick up the antihistamine for me as well. The arrangements came out absolutely gorgeous! Needless to say my girlfriend's co-workers were quite jealous :] Customer service to the max!\r \r I have since then been a loyal repeat customer. Whenever I need anything, I just simply make a phone call and ask for the owner whom I have now befriended. Tell her when I need my order and I can always be confident that she will make a beautiful arrangement within my consistent late notice time frame.\r \r Just this past Saturday I called her about 3pm and told her I needed an arrangement for my girlfriend's mother's birthday. I was heading to the area to run some other errands already anyway so I stopped in and let my girlfriend pick out a few ""highlight pieces"" and then let her get to work. Left for about 30 minutes to run errands and came back to my arrangement ready and stunning as usual.\r \r Definitely recommend to anyone who lives/works in the area. Pricing is fairly competitive with other florists, though their unmatched customer service is worth every penny. more

Flowery of Irvine is awesome! The owners are very helpful and work with you on creating beautiful floral arrangements.\r \r I recently joined up with them for a volunteer banquet I organized with Habitat for Humanity of Orange County. The banquet was ""Wizard of Oz"" themed so we were looking for a few different items. After I talked to them about what HfHOC does and how we were going to honor our core group of volunteers, they offered to donate 10 colorful centerpieces and 1 beautiful black and white arrangement! \r \r They seriously made the night unforgettable. The flowers were so fresh and smelled great! I greatly appreciated their help and would definitely recommend them to everyone I know! more

Overall the folks down at the Flowery of Irivne did an awesome job putting together my last minute boquet of flowers for my girlfriend and I's anniversary. They were very nice and awesome to deal with. \r \r If you need anything on the fly, make sure to call them first to give them a heads up as I did to make sure they have the flowers you wand available. \r \r Thanks Flowery of Irvine for saving my (instert lower rear anatomical side here) more

Flowery Of Irvine was able to take care of a same day delivery to a local nursing home for me. When I called around to several other florists, I was told I had passed their cutoff, but Flowery was able to make it happen. My great aunt received her flowers and made her whole day. What a difference a day makes! They did a great job and put a smile on a 94 year old's face. more

I will never use this flower shop again. I ordered the flowers for my mom on the Mother’s Day and the flowers they sent did not match and was not full like the picture they advertised. I then called them, sent them the pictures and let them know that we were not happy with their flowers. Tina, the owner reviewed the pictures and had no argument to me at that time. She said she would send another flower arrangement. Five days later, she sent someone to pick up the flowers at my mom’s house and then RE-SENT the SAME flowers back with a new vase!!!! When I called her back and questioned about that her attitude was totally changed and rude. I could have used online flower stores but I chose to support the local stores but I guess this shop does not need returning customers and just want to do one time business. They do not care for the customer satisfaction. I am sure there are many other flower stores in Irvine that they do care. According to my boss preference I can always try 1-800-FLOWERS.
