Extremely disappointed! We had met with Michelle from Flowers by Brian several times to plan our daughters wedding and was very happy up until the night of the affair. The centerpieces and bouquets were beautiful, but the cake that was supposed to be beautifully decorated was never done. We had discussed in detail with them, even up to the day before, exactly how the cake would be decorated. When we saw the cake that night we were shocked. They just threw a few flower petals in front of the cake. Unfortunately their staff had never shown us the finished cake and just left the catering hall. Now all the photos and video of the cake cutting look horrible. After the wedding we called to tell them what happened. Brian the owner couldn't care less and offered us an insulting refund of peanuts. I certainly would not recommend them to anyone. Extremely unprofessional. more

We could not have been more disappointed with Flowers By Brian. The product itself was OK. My bouquet was nice and our flowers were OK. He worked within a tight budget. However, he is the most unprofessional person I encountered during this process. He did not return our calls in a timely matter, was not flexible in times to meet and most importantly was downright rude on the phone to both me and my husband. We only used him because he was a lot cheaper than the other two florists we looked at. more

I just had my wedding at the Glen Cove Mansion and we used Flowers By Brian for our floral arrangements. Aside from their absolutely stunning arrangements, we chose to use Flowers By Brian based on his incredible customer service. Prior to my wedding, I knew nothing about flowers. During our consultation, Brian sat with us and got to know our design aesthetic, taste, and goal for the mood of the day. It was obvious that he cared to make a beautiful, and meaningful, day for us. We decided on an impressive display of Orchids, which were immaculate the day of the affair. He even included an extra arrangement for the reception, which was totally unexpected and simply gorgeous. He truly helped make this a magical day for us. more

I had my wedding on November 13, 2010. Flowers by Brian did an amazing job, The flowers, draping and uplight was phenomenal!! Everyone still says how beautiful and elegant everything was. They delivered everything just on time. Just to top off my great experience they let me come in the day before to see my bouquets and make sure everything was perfect just the way I wanted it...No other florist offered that to me and it was the best thing someone could do! They go over everything in detail as well the day before more

Unfortunately this site will not allow me to give this vendor 0 stars. Dealing with this vendor was the worst experience. My centerpiece arrangements were incomplete; they provided the wrong stands for the outdoor ceremony flowers, so the flowers had to be put on the ground; and they were supposed to light my reception hall pink (for $2,000 extra), but instead lit the hall white (so it looked like the light from the regular chandeliers). To top it all off, they refused to return my phone calls for 2 months, and when I finally was able to speak to Brian, he refused to refund my money for the incorrect lighting and incomplete arrangements. After speaking for 15 minutes, he finally said, 'If you don't like it, take me to court'. I would not recommend this vendor to my worst enemy. more

Service and everything was great till the wedding day. Flowers were NOT what we agreed on. VERY DISSAPOINTED at the end result. After wedding we went to see Joe and got attitude. Try contacting Brian with pictures of the flowers from out trial day and actual wedding day which they looked nothing like and got no response. DO NOT RECCOMEND THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

We went to so many flower shops & we couldn't find one that had everything unitl we went to Flowers by Brian...Our wedding was amazing & we got so many compliments on the flower (which usually goes unnoticed) Our flowers stood out they were blooming & so bright! The staff was amazing! SO helpful & nice & the owner Brian really went out of his way for us! We recommend everyone to go here! They made our day that much more beautiful! Pros: most beautiful flowers more
