Hit and miss 2/14/2011

Sometimes these guys are totally amazing, and sometimes they blow chunks. For example, for Valentine's Day, I ordered my wife flowers, a teddy bear, a balloon, and some chocolate covered strawberries. Only the flowers came. When I called, they said they would send it out for delivery the next day (ok I guess), but no apologies, no discounts, no nothing. And in this case, the whole day made no sense without the bear being delivered with the flowers....AAARRRGGHH. However, this is my third time buying from them, and every other experience has been phenomenal. more

Very Rude 6/5/2008

I stopped into the downtown flower patch to purchase flowers for a wedding reception. I was greeted by a very rude young girl with a sour expression who was very unhelpful and avoided eye contact completely. There was no thank you for coming in, smile or anything remotely warm. I will NEVER go back and if I hadn't been in such a hurry to begin with, I would have walked out. Flower Galour 10/3/2006

Lots of varieties here and a lot of help from staff in getting you want you want. Very knowledgable about the flower industry. I have often bought a dozen roses here with little problems. I can walk in and get what I want within about 5 minutes total time. The staff is very nice in helping make your final decision. The prices are right as well. more
