I ordered flowers for someone in work and the day they were delivered I found out the person was out of work and would not be back for 3 days. Flower Loft went back and picked up the flowers and redelivered a fresh arrangement 4 days later. Amazing customer service! and the arrangement was beautiful Pros: quality of flowers, customer service more

The Flower loft is the only call I place when ordering flowers for delivery to mark any occasion. I have been a customer for 25 years! Anyone who has received flowers from me is always awed! I can count on a gorgeous display no matter the occasion or price. more

We asked for blue flowers and got purple. Then they argued with us. Very unreasonable shop. Cons: Parking, flowers, STAFF more
