Flower City Pets

I am terribly sorry for the grief that the previous writer experienced with the loss of Oliver. I just wanted to offer another perspective. Our experience with Flower City Pets has been absolutely terrific. Our family has been using Flower City Pets for 8 years. Jackie is wonderful (my child who is reading over my shoulder says I should have said ""awesome""). She is very reliable and professional, a great favorite of our dog and cats (the fish seem to have no opinion but are definitely well cared for), and unfailingly attentive to the details of the animals' behavior and health. Whenever we are out of town, we have peace of mind knowing that Jackie is watching out for the animals we have left behind. You couldn't do better than Jackie at Flower City Pets! (My child wants to know if there is such a thing as a 6-star rating!) more

If you love your pet(s) as much as we do, then stay away from this pet service. Jackie had me fooled after the first time we used her services...I even wrote an excellent reference. The second time proved to be a disaster, we ended up having to put our beloved Oliver down due to her negligence...he had been with us 17 years. Cons: Too numerous to write more
