The best big cookies ever! They have them as smilies mostly but can customize an order for you. On holidays they have holiday themed ones too. \r Old world danishes are the best. \r \r The rye bread is fantastic. You can get seeded or unseeded. all great stuff. LOVE it! more

My favorite cookies 7/16/2009

This place is the best bakery ever. There is no need to drive to Chicago to get cookies or cakes. Their dot cookies are awesome. I don't know what they put in those to make them so good. Probably a ton of butter. Their smiley face cookies are awesome, too. A few years ago, they made cicada cookies when they were in town. They also sell things like Cubs cookies sometimes. Very Good Experience 3/30/2009

I recently had the task of ordering 200 cookies for my school's annual Valentine's Day party and I was very pleased and greatly appreciated the help of the Flour Barrel.\r I was able to make an offer over the phone on the price for the cookies and found that it was very affordable and fit our school's budget nicely. \r I was also very pleased when they offered to throw in a tub of frosting with no extra cost. This made my day as well as the students who decorated their cookies with the yummy buttermilk frosting. \r Thanks to the Flour Barrel, my school had many guests at its Valentine's Day party and turned out to be a great hit. \r I recommend this business to others who want to impress at parties, school events, or just have a delicious snack! more
