AWESOME SERVICE! 8/8/2017

We consider Flotek Plumbing, Inc. (Gabe) "our" plumbing contractor! On two separate occasions, we have had to call Gabe in the middle of the night for emergency service and he responded. When he says 24 hour service, he means it . There are many other companies that "advertise" 24 hour emergency service but don't answer their telephone when you call. Gabe does! When you have a water problem that means a lot. Gabe has also corrected several issues that other plumbers did wrong or told us could not be fixed. He takes the time to discuss problems and repairs. Gage is dependable, honest, respectful of your home, professional and warranties his work. We "HIGHLY" recommend him! more

Very knowledgeable and helpful 8/8/2017

Gabriel was extremely helpful and patient with our plumbing issues and questions. He made multiple attempts to resolve our situation and wouldn't leave until we were operational. Gabriel explained what the issues were, gave us a visual walk through of the solution and has answered every one of our follow up questions in detail. more

Replace primary sump and install new backup system 4/20/2017

Gabriel did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail. I would highly recommend him and plan to call him for any future plumbing needs. more

Prompt 4/5/2017

Prompt, call received within time of placing call for service. Courteous in establishing a service call time within a 24 hr period. Explained new item and additional parts left for disposal . High respect for residence in wearing shoe protectors eliminating and dirt etc tracking while in the residence. Past experience with Flotek proved that one call does do it all. more

Outstanding plumber! 3/28/2017

Personable, prompt, and courteous. Uses an iPad for estimates and invoicing. Accepts credit cards via smartphone. Does excellent work and offers insightful advice on how to best address plumbing needs. more

More than plumbing 2/20/2017

The job I hired Gabriel for was straight forward, replace the washing machine supply valves. He was on time, clean and quick. When he was done I asked for his assistance with other plumbing/bathroom issues. Without hesitation he looked at the bathroom, ran to his truck and glued tile on for me. My second request, assess my hot water tank. This took about 20 minutes of his time. When we were done Gabe handed be a bill for the valve replacement as agreed upon, nothing extra, no charge for his time spent. He wants to do a good job, the right ways, and then hopes to have a customer for life. He will have all my business! Peggy more
