If there was a negative star rating, this business would deserve it. Where do I start? I ordered a Mother?s Day bouquet for my wife to be delivered on the Friday before. I paid extra for a two level upgrade (the FTD ?Best? upgrade) to ensure my wife had a nice arrangement. The flowers were delivered at 6pm on Friday and was the smallest arrangement (even missing 1 rose per the FTD web site), not the upgrade I paid for. I called MFS first and talked to Andrew. He told me the order he had only showed that there should be 9 roses instead of the 13 the FTD web site indicated. He only offered to send me out 3 additional roses; did not even attempt to offer the correct arrangement. I then contacted FTD and they said they would have the florist deliver it again. A call from the florist said they were out of flowers (except for orange roses) and it would be Monday (the day AFTER Mother?s Day) before they could deliver. My wife called on Monday to check on the delivery and was verbally assaulted by David in a very unprofessional and belligerent manner. The arrangement was delivered Monday afternoon with 9 roses (FTD web site stated 13) and with other flowers that were not even supposed to be I the arrangement. Many of the flowers looked half dead and the water in the vase was dirty. Both the arrangements were returned to the florist and I called FTD for a refund. FTD tried to call MFS while I was on the line with them and whoever answered the phone hung up on them. This is the most outrageous display of poor customer service and incompetence I have ever seen. This is not the first time I have been burned by this business, but I was at the mercy of FTD this time. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this business at all costs.
