I will Only say this..This is a rare kind of place that people would pay hundreds of dollars per day to stay at. if they only knew what this place has to offer..when i was there i got to meet the property manger Dan.. very nice person..what makes this place so unique and such a great value for long or short term camping is the nature here the wildlife..i saw giant birds as tall as a person walking around free, and the fish here i was only feeding them but if you had a will to you could pull them in all day...i bet.. i saw huge turtles and the duck troop shows up daily its a real rare... slice of nature bring your camera you will be impressed.. be careful the dinosaurs are real here .. john more

this place could be ok if they fired everyone and started over...the girls in the front are so rude you will swear you are at the DMV the confederit flag flying says a mouthfull..but its not that easy ..being white here seems to not be good enough what color are oxycontin? that seems to be what gets you in here without a background check . if you are black please come in and see if its just me ??and get lawyered up..please this place is a discrimination case waiting to happen john morgan please help... the yard guys work hard and turned out to be cool..well ok the security is a joke was almost in a fight with one going 200ft to my mailbox at 10pm... was informed only days after ariving here how i did not pay and was getting evicted,, that was nice...no sorry it wasnt you after i paid in full this place is somekind of steven king novel in the works or a really cheep twilight zone episode with really bad actors and sorry musicians with out of tune guitars one of the ladies in the front likes candy oxycolored...i have heard and thats why i suspect half the problems are going on here golfcarts stolen ,, ho guess what the videocamera was turned off..stay clear wait till you die and go to hell it feels just like home john more

If it was possible, I'd give this a minus 5. This was a first....pulled in, saw what a mess the place was, turned around and pulled out. I've NEVER had to do this before. It was awful. The roads are in need of major repair...., The numbers are faded off of the meters at the sites....trash was laying around the area, very narrow roads....not paved,..the only thing that looked sort of nice was the pool area Save your time, don't bother with this so called 'Resort' more

Drugs...alcohol=.police in frequently. Poorly maintained...roads a mess...sewerage smells and flows into canal. Buildings in need renovating.....bathrooms moldy and don't bother bringing issue to management...total waste of your time. more

This park is run down.It has tall grass around trailers.The roads are in bad shape along with the buildings.Several noisy tenants along with some junk collectors.You won't get any cooperation from management on any issues.Save yourself the aggravation and stay at one of the one of the better close by parks. more
