Dealership Great - Repair Shop BAD 4/8/2014

This Dealership has really great salesman and cars, however; their Repair Shop is Effird of Florence, NOT good on finding non-known problems. They do very well on known issues. Just don't take a vehicle with a problem they have not heard of!!!! more

Can't fix problem 3/13/2014

I took my 2013 sonata in for not cranking(push button ignition). Was told they could not find the problem.And unless it would not crank while hooked up to machine their was nothing they could do.Then had to get towed in they worked on it said it was fixed but that same week started back with same problem.Asked service dept what was I to do if it would not crank on a upcoming anniversary trip was told maybe I should buy renters insurance. more
